2. Definitions

2.1 Services

Professional training sessions, webinars, and consultations focused on data safety education.

2.2 Digital Products

Downloadable materials including e-books, video tutorials, and course access.

2.3 Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals and branded merchandise.

3. Registration and Access

To access certain offerings, you must provide accurate contact details and complete the registration form via Contact Us.

4. Content Usage

All educational content is owned by InfoSecurionis. You may use materials for personal or internal organizational purposes only. Any unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services, digital products, and goods are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our providers.

6. Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Services

If you notify us no later than seven days before a scheduled training or webinar, we will reimburse the full amount paid. Notification later than seven days but at least 48 hours prior qualifies for a partial 50% reimbursement. You may also transfer your spot to a future session at no extra charge. Customized consultations and workshops that commence within 48 hours of request are non-reimbursable due to resource commitment.

6.2 Digital Products

Once a digital product is accessed or downloaded, it is not subject to reimbursement. Prior to access, you may request a full reimbursement.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back within thirty days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original condition. We will reimburse the cost of the item, excluding shipping fees. Defective goods will be replaced at no extra charge upon confirmation of the issue.

7. Cancellation and Transfer

Service bookings may be canceled or transferred following the conditions in section 6.1. Digital product orders may be canceled before download. Goods orders may be canceled before shipment.

8. Liability

InfoSecurionis disclaims liability for any indirect harm arising from use of our offerings. Our total responsibility for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our offerings or applicable regulations. The current version is always available on our site.
